Anne Jackson’s Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine or cider vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon of fine sea salt

  • fresh zest of lemon or lime

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • Several turns of black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Mount Cabot Maple Maple Syrup
