6oz of Dry Maple Sugar made from Pure Organic Maple Syrup from the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Single-Source, Unblended.

A subtle sweetness for the rim of your cocktail glass or a perfectly sprinkled breakfast topping, dry maple sugar offers a wide range of uses in baking as a substitute for other less nutrient rich sugars. Torch it on your crème brûlée, work it into your brioche, or spice it up for a dry rub.

Try a fresh twist on this classic cocktail

1. Rim a martini glass with the dry maple sugar or cane sugar.

2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and seltzer with ice and shake until frothy.

3. Pour straight up into the martini glass. Serve like you invented this, we won’t tell.
